NO TRACK PRACTICE NEXT WEEK (MAY 8-12)
Dear Families,
In this Sunday’s Gospel Jesus says to the disciples:
“Let not your heart be troubled. You believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father’s house there are many mansions. If not, I would have told you: because I go to prepare a place for you. And if I shall go, and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and will take you to myself; that where I am, you also may be. And where I go you know, and the way you know.” (John 14: 1-4)
How easy it is to try and take control from our Lord and to try and solve our own worries but in fact this does not bring us inner peace. We have to surrender to His will so that we can achieve the peace that he is offering us. He loves us and wants only the best of us, that is to lead us into eternal life with Him.
As we jump into our last two months of the school year, I pray for peace in your hearts and in your homes. It is such a jam packed time of year!
Please forward any mite boxes for the Seminarians to the office. We will forward them to the Vocations Office.
Yours In Christ,
Mrs. Maria Fonseca

Love Ed Mandatory Program for Gr. 4-7
Last week (Apr. 12th) a package with a link was sent out to our Gr. 4-7 families regarding a program called Love Ed. This is a mandatory program for families with students in Gr. 4-7.
C.I.S.V.A. has made available to us Colleen Mast’s program “LoveEd” which allows us to continue meeting the BC Ministry curriculum through an alternate delivery and honour our Catholic understanding that sexuality formation best happens in the family. The program provides a series of online videos for you to watch with your child. The videos are free for all parents to access, however the print materials must be purchased at your cost, should you want a detailed training program.
In order to help you avoid having to purchase the resources, we have suggested questions that accompany the parent videos. Our hope is that these will provide parents with a platform to start the meaningful conversations that will hopefully continue well beyond the videos. If you have a child in a younger grade and would like access to this material, please email [email protected] and I will send you the link.
