If you are a parent or caregiver in BC whose child or youth has been a patient in a psychiatric unit, or had an ER visit because of their mental health this workshop was created for you. Help for the Hard Times workshops are free and offered online every month. Topics include: How to support a safety plan at home. How to take care of yourself and family after a crisis.
